Do we really love ourselves as much as we proclaim to the world?

I ofter wonder why we as people care so much about what the next person thinks of us. We do not exactly say we care but our actions say otherwise. We primp in the mirror constantly debating if when we got dressed was this the right outfit choice, and not even really going anywhere. Prehaps to target for a few forgotten about items. Maybe some odds or ends, nothing major. Maybe even for a toy for our child, becuase if you're like me working from home they are annoying the crap out of you as you try to get the slightest bit of work done. Which leads me back to the topic.
Isn't it great working from home, no real dress code, no headaches from the constant changing of clothes last minute, no judgments, no anxiety, just Absolute isolation. What's so great about it really? it's just a matter of time before the world returns back to normal civilization and we are thrown back into that very ackward situation. Forced to reevaluate ourselves once more. So i leave you all with my parting thoughts, are we truly happy with ourselves at the end of the day?
